FAQ

What does RFQ Inbox do?

It converts incoming requests for quotation (PDF, Excel, CSV, email) into structured, catalog-matched line items ready for quoting — without retyping every line.

Who is it for?

Industrial distributors, wholesalers, MRO suppliers, spare-parts suppliers and B2B inside-sales teams that receive RFQs from customers.

Do I need to replace my ERP?

No. RFQ Inbox works alongside your ERP. You export reviewed line items and import them into your quoting or ERP system.

What file formats are supported?

PDF with text, XLSX, CSV, plain email text, and (where the library supports it) XLS. Scanned PDFs need OCR support in the environment.

Is my data isolated from other companies?

Yes. Every record belongs to an organization, and all server routes enforce organization-level access.

Are prices invented?

No. Prices come only from your imported catalog, price list, or an explicit rule you configure. Missing prices are flagged, never zeroed.
